Far-Infrared Heat Therapy

The Purple Ereada FIR Amenthyst PEMF Mat emits its Far Infrared Heat at 7 distinct intensity levels within 68 F / 20 C and 158 F / 70 C at a 93% efficiency with a wave length of 4 to 16 microns which is should penetrate Far-Infrared heat 6-8 inches into your body.

PEMF Therapy

Ereada Purple FIR Amethyst Mat produced a 300 gauss Permanent Magnetic field intensity, the Ereada Compact Pro has a Rapid Very Low Frequency Pulsation Magnetic Intensity in the range of .100 – .400 Guass. It also has a pericular “negative ion” button which you can activate the negative ions from the mat. Although, this is more of selling feature. When the mat becomes activated, it should be releasing negative ions anyways. There is no indication of how many negative ions are produced according to Ereada’s website, however, according to Healthywave’s own production of negative ions of Amenthyst crystals, these crystals typically produce 1500 negative ion per cubic centimeter
